How would it be to live in a building with a ski slope?

The cold winters in Kazakhstan, where temperatures drop to -15 degrees Celsius constant, are perfect for skiing, except that Astana, the capital, has no slope, and the closest is four hours drive.

Shokhan Mataibekov, avid skier and member of the Architects' Union of Kazakhstan, had the thought of building the ski slope on the station roof, called Slalom House, which serves as support for a ski slope.

We are talking about an idea anyway, a project, called"slope on the block" and the chance to become reality is quite small. Building construction costs amount to 70 million dollars.
Another figures: the apartment building would have 21 floors slope length which  is 326 meters, 421 apartments of two rooms and downstairs could accommodate shops and restaurants.
