Work out no 1.
Lye on your back on a hard surface, with two weights in your hands (two to four kilograms). Stretch your arms above your chest but keep your elbows fixed. Lift your legs and bend your knees so that they are almost parallel with the floor. If it is too strenuous for you, keep your feet on the floor. Bend your elbows slightly and bring the weights to chest.
The abdomen should be tense all the time. Hold for a few seconds, then lift weights again and repeat.
Work out no 2.
For this exercise you have to sit in the same position, only the movements are different. Lay on your back and hold weights in your hands. Lift the weight in air and keep them in a position parallel to each other. Put your arms down slowly bend your elbows while the arms outward and stretch you. Hold the position for which you have to keep tense the abdomen, then return to starting position.
Work out no 3.
Here's an exercise you can do anytime! Keep your arms extended in front of your chest and close your palms. Pressing your palms as you collect a ball, so put your muscles to work. Tense your arms every time you squeeze both hands and try to keep this position for about 10 seconds. Relax and repeat five seconds.
